This ambitious project aims to create a comprehensive Vidarbha Database, which we plan to initiate using our own limited resources. In the past, data collection was done manually—gathering individual information hand-to-hand—which was later compiled and published as the Vidarbha Directory 2006. It was a labor-intensive effort that required significant resources, which unfortunately limited our reach.
Currently, we are in the process of collecting updated data. Insha Allah, we intend to publish the new directory both online and in printed format. The development of the VWA website is already underway, and we are working hard to overcome past limitations. You can expect the updated Vidarbha Directory by 2025.
In 2008–09, VWA launched the Vidarbha Welfare Baitul-Mal Scheme with the goal of collecting individual Zakat, Khairat, Fitr, and Sadaqat to support the most deserving and needy individuals.
In the first year, we collected a humble amount of Rs. 52,181, which has gradually increased each year through the generosity of our community. Below is the collection and disbursement report for the years 2018 to 2024:

We have several initiatives planned to uplift the educational, social, cultural, and economic conditions of our community, including access to healthcare, diagnostic services, and medical consultations. However, due to the lack of space and a permanent shelter, we are unable to fully implement these schemes at present.
We earnestly appeal to you for your regular annual contributions to help us continue this noble work. We also request your generous support for our Building Fund, so that we may at least secure a rental office to centralize and expand our operations.
Together, let us build a stronger, more empowered Vidarbha community.
